We have 3 main criteria for picking work-friendly snacks:
a) We always go for low Glycemic Index, high protein/fiber snack options when the need to snack arises. Such foods will keep your blood sugar levels stable, and energize you to be your best self.
b) Opt for 1-2 servings of each snack, at a maximum of ˜250 calories, so you don't get too full for your next meal.
c) The snacks should allow fuss-free eating, and does not require refrigeration. The latter also ensures you can keep them close to you at your desk!
