How does the marketplace work?

Select your favourite snacks on our marketplace. Free shipping is available with a minimum spend of $20.

Can I gift a box?

Of course, simply select the snacks your friend would like, and click "Check out" at Cart. While checking out, you may key in a message for your friend at “Special Instructions”. Remember to key in their shipping details as well!

You may request for a gift card, customized gift solutions, or wholesale rates via contact us.

Can you let me know when my box will be delivered?

Please forward your order confirmation email to or drop us a message on Live Chat with your order number to get an update on your delivery. As we work with third-party delivery partners, we appreciate your patience in getting an update from them.

What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?

While checking out, you can let us know via “Special Instructions" on what to do if you're not at home to accept your delivery. Some customers prefer leaving their boxes with security guards, or even with a trusted neighbour! Our partner couriers will also communicate with you to find an arrangement that works.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver islandwide. All orders are sent via third-party courier providers, from Monday-Saturday. Tuas/Sentosa orders will be sent via Singpost.

Do you ship internationally

We ship to a wide array of countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For shipping to Hong Kong, do check out our page at Made Real Hong Kong.

Why can't I choose my delivery time?

We strive to get your order to you within 3-5 working days. Deliveries are carefully assigned, and routes meticulously planned to minimize resource wastage and unnecessary impact to the environment. While checking out, you can let us know via “Special Instructions” on any preferred timings for delivery. We will inform our delivery partners of such preferences, and try our best to meet them!

Rest assured, our third-party courier partners will only send deliveries to offices during working hours.

Payment Enquiries

How do I update my debit/credit card details?

Check your email for a unique URL from us to update your billing details. If you can’t find the email, contact us and we'll assist you promptly.

I’m traveling, can I pause my subscription?

Many of our subscribers are avid travelers, sometimes for more than 2-4 weeks. We're happy to pause your subscription for your convenience. Simply contact us stating your travel period one week before leaving, and we'll postpone your next delivery date until you're back!

How do I modify my subscription frequency?

Our team is working hard on updating "Your Profile” so you can modify your subscription frequency directly.

Meanwhile, contact us with your request and we'll assist you further.

Where are your snacks made?

Our snacks are made with love in a commercial kitchen in Singapore.

What are the shelf life of your snacks?

Depending on the product category, the shelf life ranges from 1 month-10 months. The expiry date is written at the back of each packet.

Where is the nutritional information for your snacks?

Nutritional information is available when you click on each product image for more information. They are also available at the back of each packet.

Can I still order your seasonal gifts? (Eg: Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year)

Our seasonal gifts are incredibly popular with the #RealFoodTribe. Our thoughtfully designed gift boxes may be available upon request, even if they're not listed on the site. Contact us and our friendly team will get back to you soonest!

How may I recycle my Made Real boxes?

We are working on a recycling programme for all our subscribers. If you have more than 10 boxes in good condition, you can reach out to us and we will arrange a pickup of your folded boxes on your next delivery. You can also reuse your boxes for clothing, accessories, or stationery storage. We are dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint, and would love to hear any ideas or suggestions you have!
